The personal data SwiftKit stores about you is the information you use to access and sign up to the service, such as:
SwiftKit will use your provided email address to contact you about product updates, automated emails and any other e-mails you subscribe to. You may unsubscribe from marketing and digest emails at any time.
Data is stored on servers within the UK and as such SwiftKit is bound to UK data laws and practices such as GDPR.
SwiftKit uses cookies to manage the logged-in user's sessions. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and are automatically deleted when the user logs out.

SwiftKit may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. Further, either party may terminate the Services for any reason and at any time upon written notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Service. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate, but all provisions hereof which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftKit, its affiliates and each of its, and its affiliates employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of, or access to, the Service, or (ii) your violation of the Terms of Use or any applicable law, contract, policy, regulation or other obligation. SwiftKit reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with SwiftKit in connection therewith.
SwiftKit reserves the right to update or modify this document at any time and without prior notice. We encourage you to review this document periodically to stay informed about our data protection practices. Any updates or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
